Possibly the most trustworthy form of customer experience content, this report is based on multiple customers and offers a prospect insight into what they can expect from a relationship with you. A broader story than a case study (which some prospects might read as one-off chances) this paints a clearer picture of what someone who signs on with you can reasonably look forward to. It can include average value (ROI or other metrics), customer satisfaction scores, and other results that reflect customer’s average experience working with you.
