Methods for connecting you with hospitals and health systems through content marketing

I want you to do more than publish more blogs and white papers. We’ll work together to blaze your best path to long-lasting, high-yield relationships with hospital and health system leaders through optimized, strategic, high-value content.

  1. Interview and assessment: We’ll start with a meeting and interview to determine your goals, discuss your past results and resources in the hospital and health system space, and decide whether and how I can help you.
  2. Proposal: Based on our conversation, you’ll receive a proposal and then contract, (generally with a-la-carte pricing) and no commitment required (unless it fits the nature of our engagement).
  3. Research: While not a requirement, I encourage all vendors I work with to conduct a quick market research exercise—a survey of hospital and health system executives to uncover our path to applying the 80/20 rule to your content investment. (Questions covered include top-of-mind topics for hospital executives, preferred content types, target titles, event/platform engagement, and awareness of your brand.)
  4. Action: Depending on your needs and what we uncover, we’ll get started on a strategic refresh, content creation, and/or a distribution plan.
  5. Evaluation and Refinement: Once we’ve given our efforts enough time to resonate with the hospital and health system market, we’ll evaluate effectiveness and determine next steps to iterate on what we’ve learned.

What you can expect working with me…

What you can expect working with me…

  • Increased engagement: Your content should drive hospital and health system leaders to take action.
  • Protection: Before we begin work, you will receive a contract that guarantees all content is plagiarism-free, checked for grammar and errors, and gives you full rights of use. If your business knowledge or processes need protection, I am happy to sign an NDA immediately.
  • Flexibility: I’ve never had to lock my clients down to a commitment. We’ll work month-to-month so you have the freedom to flex our engagement with your needs.
  • A focus on metrics: Leads, Consumption, Sales or Sharing…from the beginning, I want to discuss which metrics mean success for your and your customers.
  • A long-term relationship: Content strategy is about building relationships with hospitals and health systems over the long term, and our relationship should reflect that. Your needs for content online aren’t likely constant enough to warrant you opening a permanent position, so while I’m available to start and stop work whenever you need, I’m also working to create a long-term understanding of your business needs so that I can help you maximize ROI on your ongoing content investment.
