Is this your job or do you do this on the side?
This is my full-time career and I’m in my 10th year enjoying learning and progressing as a support for enterprise healthcare tech companies.
Are You Insured?
Yes. I can provide that information and certificates if needed.
What’s your schedule?
My work days are Monday-Thursday.
I also take off the week of Thanksgiving, mid-Dec to Mid-Jan, and some time in the summer (but I’ll definitely give you plenty of notice).
Do you do all the writing or do you outsource?
I write everything myself. The only thing I outsource is proofing.
How long does it take you to turn something around?
My TAT on a first draft varies depending on what we’re working on, but here’s what you can use as a general guideline from the time of completion of source materials (interviews, briefs, internal docs, etc.)
Estimates/Proposals: 2-3 days
Blogs: 1-2 weeks
Whitepapers: 2-3 weeks
Case studies: 2-3 weeks
Videos: 1 week
Social Media: 1 week
Sales collateral: 1-2 weeks
Edits: Depends on the extent, but usually 2-3 days
Do you work with a contract?
Yes! It’s pretty straightforward and it lays out terms including…
- Giving you complete rights to the use of the work product
- Payment and invoice terms
- Terms of severability of the relationship
- Clarification of our relationship as non-employment based
I’m always open to discussing terms.
What’s the best way to schedule a meeting?
For an introduction, grab some time on my calendar here. For something longer to discuss project work, shoot me an email (growth@locutushealth.com). (I’ll need a minimum 24-hrs head’s up)
What about hurricanes?
I live in South Florida so hurricanes can be a challenge! But I’ve been through 9 seasons with almost no impact on my clients. Mostly because I’ll let you know if one looks threatening, but I also have backup plans if I do lose power or internet long term.
Is there another way to contact you?
Email is best, but I can give you my VA’s info if you need an alternate.
